Vacant positions are the following:
1. Treasurer
2. Media officer
3. Grant Specialist
Thank you to Juliet Mccave for many years of service as treasurer.
Proposed to step in is Chris Tormey nominated by chair Martin and seconded by
Louise.
Proposed for Media officer is Liz Wilson nominated by Martin seconded by Stuart.

Accepted new members.

Loss of £292 for the 2024 season.
£2000 in the bank but this does not offer enough surpless to avoid change to pricing.
New treasurer for 2025.
Discussed charging options – to be added to questionnaire to be sent to members in order to gauge best route forwards.

Adult members at 50, Juniors at 21.
Slight reduction from 2023 for adults but increase in juniors.
Need to be vigilant on recruitment to ensure this falls no further.

coaches review 2024

Adults: Louise qualified as level 2 coach inc 1:1 coaching and video analysis
Further level 2 courses are ongoing.
Juniors: Stuart is taking over as head coach
Competitive league is going to be started for the league that a lot of the children
already compete in.
Beginning and end of season tri to be done for the juniors.
